US President Donald Trump on Sept.9 said the United States and India are continuing negotiations to resolve trade barriers between the two countries, expressing confidence that talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi will yield results.

“I am pleased to announce that India and the United States of America are continuing negotiations to address the Trade Barriers between our two Nations,” Trump said in a statement on Truth Social.
