Rishabh Khemka joins TaskUs as chief financial officer

As CFO, Khemka will oversee financial strategy, support AI-focused expansion, drive operational discipline and enhance long-term shareholder value.

Texas-based provider of outsourced digital services, TaskUs Inc., has appointed Indian-American business executive Rishabh Khemka as its chief financial officer. 

Khemka succeeds interim CFO Trent Thrash, who has held the position since March 2026. Thrash will continue as senior vice president of corporate development, investor relations and treasury, reporting to Khemka.

Khemka brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience across global technology services companies. Most recently, he served as chief financial officer at Encora, a digital engineering services firm backed by private equity firms Advent International and Warburg Pincus. During his tenure, he helped oversee Encora’s acquisition by Coforge Ltd. and led the subsequent financial integration process.

Before joining Encora, Khemka spent more than 18 years at Wipro, holding a series of senior finance roles. He most recently served as chief financial officer of Wipro’s Americas business, overseeing financial operations across one of the company’s largest markets.

TaskUs chief executive officer Bryce Maddock said Khemka’s appointment comes at a pivotal stage in the company’s growth strategy.

“As we continue investing in our own AI transformation, scaling our AI services, and driving operational excellence in our core business, Rishabh’s experience and perspective will ensure we execute with discipline while creating long-term value for shareholders,” Maddock said in a statement.

Khemka said he was joining the company at a defining moment as demand grows for AI-driven services and digital operations expertise.
