Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has sold an apartment in Mumbai's upscale Bandra West for $407,000, according to property registration documents reviewed by CRE Matrix – A Real Estate Data Analytics Firm.
The transaction was officially registered on July 9, 2026, involving a residential apartment located on the 14th floor of Shiv-Asthan Heights in Bandra West, one of Mumbai's most sought-after neighborhoods.
As per the documents, the apartment has a carpet area of 758 square feet and comes with two designated car parking spaces. The property was purchased by Munira Akberali Dandawala, Mahdiali Akberali Dandawala, and Zehra Mahdiali Dandawala.
The deal was closed for $407,000 (converted from ₹35 million at an approximate exchange rate of ₹86 per US dollar). The buyers paid approximately $24,400 in stamp duty (converted from ₹2.1 million), according to the registration records.

Bandra West continues to attract actors, business leaders, and high-net-worth individuals because of its prime location, sea-facing properties, and proximity to the entertainment industry.

According to CRE Matrix – A Real Estate Data Analytics Firm, the registered documents identify Salman Khan as the seller and confirm the property's specifications, consideration value, registration date, and parking allocation.
The apartment is situated in Shiv-Asthan Heights, a residential building in Bandra West that remains popular among homebuyers due to its central location and connectivity. The transaction also reflects sustained demand for premium homes in Mumbai despite elevated property prices.
The registered sale of Salman Khan's Bandra apartment is another example of how marquee properties linked to celebrities continue to generate strong interest while reinforcing Bandra West's status as one of India's most coveted residential addresses.
