Last year's annual Ganesh Utsav / Radio Zindagi
Radio Zindagi, a South Asian radio network serving the San Francisco Bay Area, will host the 11th annual Ganesh Utsav from Sept. 18 to 20, bringing what organizers describe as the largest Ganesh festival in the United States back to California's Bay Area.
The three-day event, which began in 2015 as a community celebration at NewPark Mall, has grown into a major cultural festival spanning Silicon Valley cities including Newark, Milpitas, Santa Clara and San Jose. Organizers said the celebration now attracts tens of thousands of devotees and families each year.
