Sanjay Hegde to appear on America’s Best Builders TV

Indian American real estate investment specialist Sanjay Hegde is set to appear on America’s Best Builders TV, where he will discuss multifamily apartment investing through syndication and long-term wealth building through real estate.
Hegde is the founder and president of Blue Ring Investors, a North Carolina-based real estate investment firm focused on multifamily, senior housing, and student housing assets.

The episode will trace Hegde’s career journey from the manufacturing and energy storage sectors into commercial real estate investing.
Before launching Blue Ring Investors, Hegde spent nearly 14 years at Saft America Inc, where he rose through multiple leadership roles, including director of Sales for the Americas and Asia. In that role, he oversaw regional sales managers across North America and Asia and managed global accounts worth more than $20 million.
During his tenure at Saft America, Hegde led expansion efforts in India and Australia, helping grow commercial sales in both markets. He also worked on identifying new business opportunities in sectors including oil and gas and managed strategic global accounts such as Itron.
Hegde later served as vice president of sales and marketing at Devon Company, where he oversaw company sales operations, business development, and marketing strategy. According to his professional profile, the company recorded consistent year-over-year sales growth during his tenure.
The America’s Best Builders TV episode will also focus on Hegde’s work educating professionals about passive investing, financial independence, and long-term wealth creation through real estate syndication.
Founded in 2020, Blue Ring Investors specializes in acquisitions, funding, underwriting, and property asset management. It controls over $62M in performing multifamily assets in the Carolinas, Georgia and Texas , with dentists, doctors and other medical professionals as its main clientele.
America’s Best Builders TV is a cinematic business docuseries spotlighting founders, contractors, manufacturers, and operators who built companies through operational growth and leadership.
