Sahil Bloom, the Indian-origin entrepreneur, investor and New York Times bestselling author known for his writing on relationships, performance and personal growth, will headline an HR industry conference in San Francisco.

Lattiverse 2026 on June 10 is hosted by Lattice, the workplace software and HR platform company. It will bring together HR executives, business leaders and workplace strategists to discuss how artificial intelligence is reshaping talent management, leadership and organizational culture.

Bloom, whose mother is a first-generation immigrant from Bengaluru, India, has emerged as a prominent voice in leadership and self-development through his essays, podcasts and social media presence focused on redefining success beyond wealth and status. His keynote is expected to focus on leadership, high performance and human potential in an AI-driven workplace.

Born Sahil Reddy Bloom to an Indian mother and an American father, Bloom studied economics and sociology at Stanford University before earning a master’s degree in public policy. He also played as a pitcher for Stanford’s baseball team before an injury shifted his career path from athletics to investing and entrepreneurship.

Over the past several years, Bloom has built a large following through writing about what he describes as a “healthy, wealthy life,” combining discussions on financial success with relationships, health and long-term fulfillment.

“Lattiverse is where HR and thought leaders convene to have critical conversations about the new way to work, especially as AI transforms work,” said Sarah Franklin, CEO of Lattice. “It’s about leveraging the exciting opportunity ahead and aligning on how to prioritize trust, culture, and humans at the center.”

The event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Embarcadero in San Francisco, with a second edition scheduled for June 23 in London at the British Library.

Sessions at Lattiverse 2026 will focus on workforce intelligence, reskilling, AI-enabled talent redesign and the future workforce as companies increasingly integrate artificial intelligence into hiring, employee management and productivity systems.

Lattice is also expected to showcase new AI coaching and leadership tools following its acquisition of Mandala, an AI-native coaching technology platform founded by Tarun Galagali.
