Indian American Advocacy Council (IAAC) has called out what they claim to be the ‘laziest take in H1B debate’ in response to a post by Hany Girgis on X, where the co-owner and chairman of Skillstorm (Ed-Tech) claimed that India dominating H-1B visas is about labor arbitrage and cost strategy.

In his post, Girgis mentioned that 70–75 percent of all H-1B visas go to India despite their standing in global education rankings, making it about labor arbitrage and a cost strategy over talent.
