Shaanti, a U.S.-based modern wellness platform, has launched its holiday wellness campaign with an on-demand masterclass focused on Ayurvedic wellness for working professionals.
The campaign features a virtual masterclass titled ‘Your Body’s Operating System: A Modern Professional’s Guide to Ayurvedic Wellness,’ led by Ayurveda wellness educator and former physiotherapist Arjita Sethi, who co-created Shaanti along with technology professional Anshul Dhawan.

The program is designed to help professionals understand their individual Ayurvedic body types and apply that understanding to daily routines related to energy levels, stress management, sleep and nutrition. The masterclass is hosted on the Shaanti platform and is available on demand.
According to the company, the campaign was developed in response to increasing burnout among professionals, particularly during the post-holiday and New Year transition period. Shaanti said the initiative departs from conventional wellness resolutions by focusing on education and personalization rather than uniform lifestyle prescriptions.
“Most wellness advice fails because it treats everyone the same,” Sethi said. “This masterclass is about helping people understand how their body actually works, so they can stop guessing and start making decisions that truly support their health.”
The masterclass outlines how Ayurvedic body types influence digestion, energy, stress response and sleep patterns, while offering practical strategies tailored to demanding professional schedules.
Dhawan, co-creator of Shaanti and its technology lead, said the platform seeks to combine traditional wellness systems with modern technology to make personalized guidance more accessible.
“Shaanti exists at the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern technology. By combining Ayurveda with thoughtful tech design, we’re making personalized wellness easier to understand, easier to access, and easier to sustain,” he said.
Participants are also introduced to Shaanti AI, a digital Ayurveda companion designed to provide ongoing, personalized wellness support based on an individual’s body type and life stage.
Shaanti said the campaign reflects its broader focus on long-term education and sustainable health practices rather than short-term incentives. The platform plans to expand its offerings with additional personalized resources, live workshops, community-based support and future corporate wellness programs.
