"For years, HighLevel has been called a fast-growing SaaS company," Patel said. "In 2026, it's time we start calling them what they are. One of the most important AI transformation platforms serving and scaling small and medium businesses today. The AI race shouldn't be a privilege of the Fortune 500. It should be the great equalizer."
According to the company, Patel and his agency, NP Digital, will collaborate with HighLevel on the development of AI and search engine optimization tools. The partnership will also include a new podcast focused on small businesses, international growth initiatives, and appearances at company events, including LevelUp and the Summer of AI program scheduled for August 2026.
One of the most widely followed figures in digital marketing, Patel is the co-founder of NP Digital and has also founded marketing technology companies including Crazy Egg and Kissmetrics. He currently focuses on growing NP Digital and SEO platform Ubersuggest.
Over the course of his career, Patel has advised companies including Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Airbnb, NBC, General Motors and Thomson Reuters on marketing and growth strategies. His marketing blog attracts millions of monthly visitors, while his Marketing School podcast and digital content channels have built a global audience.
A New York Times bestselling author, Patel has been recognized by The Wall Street Journal as a leading web influencer, named by Forbes among the top online marketers, and listed by Entrepreneur among creators of some of the world's most innovative companies.
He was also recognized as a top entrepreneur under 30 by former President Barack Obama and among the top entrepreneurs under 35 by the United Nations.
A graduate of California State University, Fullerton with a bachelor's degree in marketing, Patel said the partnership reflects a shared belief that AI tools should be accessible to entrepreneurs and smaller businesses rather than concentrated among large corporations.
