Radhi Devlukia curates summer menu for Life Alive

The limited-time collaboration introduces four plant-based offerings, including Life Alive’s highest-protein dishes to date.

Life Alive Organic Café has partnered with New York Times bestselling author, entrepreneur and plant-based cooking advocate Radhi Devlukia to launch a limited-time ‘Summer Power Menu.’

The Life Alive x Radhi Devlukia Summer Power Menu  featuring two high-protein dishes and two mango-based beverages will be available at all Life Alive locations from June 2 through Aug. 31.

The collaboration draws on Devlukia’s Indian heritage and global culinary influences and includesCoconut Red Lentil Dal, a bowl featuring coconut red lentil curry, curry tofu, roasted cauliflower, cucumber raita, pickled cabbage, crispy chickpeas, roasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds, cilantro, brown rice and lentils. The dish contains 44 grams of protein.

The menu also features Thai Peanut Power Salad with 42 grams of protein. The salad includes edamame, quinoa, sticky sesame tofu, kale, cucumber, red bell pepper, shaved vegetables, tamari almonds, peanut lime dressing and sesame ginger dressing.

Two seasonal beverages on the menu are: the Mango Lassi Smoothie, made with mango, dates, housemade mango syrup, cardamom, coconut yogurt and coconut milk, and Mango Matcha, which combines iced matcha, housemade mango syrup, cardamom and oat milk.

The partnership brings together Life Alive’s focus on organic, minimally processed ingredients and Devlukia’s approach to plant-based cooking and wellness.

Devlukia is a clinical dietitian, nutritionist, podcast host and plant-based cook. She is the author of the New York Times bestselling cookbook JoyFull, co-founder of Juni Tea and host of the podcast A Really Good Cry. Through her recipes and wellness content, she has built a social media community of more than 3.6 million followers.

Founded in Massachusetts, Life Alive operates 15 locations across Massachusetts, Virginia and Washington, D.C. The café chain is known for its scratch-prepared grain bowls, salads, smoothies and specialty beverages made with organic ingredients.
