Globant appoints Sarab Narang as CEO of Glob.AI
As CEO of Glob.AI, Narang will focus on expanding the company's AI-native services model, accelerating enterprise adoption and growing its network of AI Pods and technology partners.

Globant, a global tech company that develops custom software, enterprise AI tools, and digital transformation solutions, has appointed Indian-origin executive Sarab Narang as chief executive officer of Glob.AI, its new AI-native technology services model.
Narang brings more than 23 years of experience in enterprise AI, generative AI, machine learning, enterprise software and management consulting. He will report directly to Globant CEO and co-founder Martín Migoya.
Glob.AI provides organizations with AI Pods, service units operated by AI agents under human supervision. According to Globant, the model combines AI-native delivery with the company's enterprise technology experience, with pricing based on output or consumption rather than hours or seats.

Narang most recently served as vice president of central product management at ServiceNow, where he worked on agentic AI and generative AI products and go-to-market strategies. Before that, he spent more than five years at Amazon Web Services, eventually serving as general manager and global head of generative AI and machine learning go-to-market.
Earlier, Narang spent 12 years at KPMG, leading artificial intelligence, machine learning and technology engagements and developing new offerings and global delivery teams. He holds a Btech from Punjab Technical University and an MS from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
