The festival will also feature several Indian and Indian-origin speakers. Saraswati Sukumar will discuss the role of a plant-based diet, herbs and spices in cancer prevention, while  Rimjhim Duggal-Stephens will speak about women's health, nutrition and lifestyle. Deepa Deshmukh, a dietitian and nutrition consultant, will address the role of protein in managing A1C, cholesterol and inflammation and supporting weight loss.

Aastha Saggar will speak on health and recovery after cancer. Other speakers include Kenny Duggal, who will discuss protein, GLP-1s, fat loss and muscle preservation, and Arjan Stephens, who will speak about regenerative organic agriculture.
