President Donald Trump on Nov. 10 led a chorus of praise for Sergio Gor, his longtime aide and newly appointed U.S. Ambassador to India, during an Oval Office ceremony that underscored both personal loyalty and strategic purpose.
Trump: 'Sergio will strengthen one of our most important ties'
Flanked by flags and advisers, Trump called Gor’s appointment “an honor” and described him as the best choice to manage “one of our country’s most important international relationships.”
