Tariffs ruling plunges Trump into political and economic chaos

Just hours after Donald Trump told supporters "tariffs" was his "favorite word in the whole dictionary," the U.S. Supreme Court said what he had done was illegal, plunging his presidency into economic and political crisis.

The ruling by the United States' top court comes just days before his State of the Union address on Feb. 17-- a crucial moment for any president.
