Tabla Indian Restaurant is celebrating the 2026 Fourth of July and Independence Day with a limited-time Fusion Freedom Feast across its Central Florida locations.
Available from June 29 through July 5, the weeklong promotion features a $30 prix-fixe menu at Tabla's restaurants in Orlando, Lake Nona, Oviedo and Winter Park, combining Indian flavors with American holiday dining.

The menu includes Masala Mushroom Tartlets and Avocado & Cheese Samosas as starters, followed by entrees such as Desi Keema Pasta, Baked Jacket Potatoes stuffed with Chicken Tikka, and Poha Arancini with Tricolor Chutneys.
A 250 Special Sherbet, inspired by Kerala, and a Freedom Berry Trifle complete the meal. Guests ordering a platter will also receive a complimentary shot valued at $2.50, according to the restaurant.
The holiday menu is being offered as Americans prepare for one of the busiest travel and dining weekends of the year. Tabla said the weeklong schedule allows diners to enjoy the special menu before, during or after Independence Day celebrations, including local fireworks displays. Reservations are recommended for peak dining hours around July 4.
The restaurant said the menu reflects its approach to Indian fusion cuisine by pairing traditional Indian ingredients and techniques with familiar Western dishes.
The offerings include pasta with keema, chicken tikka-stuffed baked potatoes and poha-inspired arancini, alongside a regional Kerala beverage not typically found on the restaurant's regular menu.
In addition to the four Central Florida locations, Tabla Indian Restaurant Lexington will feature a separate holiday menu highlighting Nepali and tandoori flavors. Priced at $35 per person, the menu includes Nepali Style Chicken Momo, a choice of Tabla's Mix Grill or Tandoori Lamb Chaap, a Fresh Lime Soda, and dessert options of Chocolate Lava Cake or Gajar Halwa.
