Indian-origin executive Aniruddh Mukhopadhaya was appointed by Oregon-based integrated risk and compliance management software company NAVEX as its new chief strategy officer.
Mukhopadhaya has been tasked with driving NAVEX's strategic direction during its next phase of growth. He joins the company with a track record of leading business strategy and operational initiatives in global technology and software organizations.
NAVEX is a leading provider of risk management, compliance and ethics software solutions that help organizations manage governance, regulatory and workplace integrity programs.
"Aniruddh brings a rare combination of strategic vision, operational rigor and global leadership experience," said Arpan Sheth, CEO of NAVEX.

Mukhopadhaya joins NAVEX from global SaaS firm Gupshup, where he served as senior vice president of operations and strategy and helped drive the company's international expansion.
Before that, he spent a decade at Bain & Company advising multinational corporations and private equity firms on growth, transformation and value creation strategies.
Expressing excitement over his new role, Mukhopadhaya said, "I’m excited to join NAVEX at such a pivotal moment in the company’s journey."
Mukhopadhaya described NAVEX as a company that has built a strong reputation as a "trusted partner" and hailed it for being "uniquely positioned to navigate increasingly complex risk and compliance challenges."

Mukhopadhaya holds an MBA from London Business School and a bachelor's degree in economics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
