'The Family Man,' a popular Indian series starring Manoj Bajpayee, will return with its third season on Nov. 21 on Prime Video.

The new season follows Srikant Tiwari, played by Bajpayee, who finds himself fleeing with his family while being pursued by powerful enemies and his own intelligence agency, TASC.

The storyline intensifies the long-running tension between Srikant’s high-risk job and his fractured personal life, pushing him further into conflict as he attempts to shield both his loved ones and the country from an emerging threat.

Created, written, and directed by Raj & DK, the season brings in Suman Kumar and Tusshar Seyth as directors. The cast expands with Jaideep Ahlawat as Rukma and Nimrat Kaur as Meera, appearing alongside returning actors Sharib Hashmi, Priyamani, Ashlesha Thakur, Vedant Sinha, Shreya Dhanwanthary, and Gul Panag.

“Season 3 of 'The Family Man' turns Srikant’s covert professional and fragile personal life upside down, as he is forced to go on the run with his family while facing an even more alarming threat in Rukma and Meera,” creators Raj & DK said. They noted that the season pushes the narrative “several notches higher” as Srikant navigates unfamiliar territory under mounting pressure.

Bajpayee said audiences had been waiting for this moment. “We finally have the answer with a new season that’s not only bigger, bolder, and more exciting but also raises the stakes higher than ever for Srikant, as he finds himself cornered with no respite in sight,” he said.

Ahlawat said he was eager to join the franchise, while Kaur described her role as a “dream come true,” acknowledging the challenge of matching Bajpayee’s intensity in a fast-moving storyline filled with unexpected turns.

The trailer generated a strong response on social media platforms, with fans calling it “funny,” “action-packed,” and “full of suspense.” While the overall reaction was positive, some viewers expressed concern that the new season might not match the level of thrill seen previously.

Prime Video is positioning the new season as a tense, high-stakes continuation of its hit spy-thriller franchise in India and across more than 240 countries and territories.
