California-based Aaron Automotive Group founder, Kriti Sharma is set to appear on Women in Power TV to discuss how resilience, integrity and community-centred empowerment have shaped her leadership in the automotive industry.

The docu-series, hosted by Rudy Mawer, features women who have advanced through structural barriers in their professions. Each episode traces a guest’s early challenges, turning points and leadership decisions, highlighting how those experiences inform their work today.

In the forthcoming episode, Sharma, CEO of Aaron Automotive Group, outlines what it means to lead in a male-dominated sector and discusses why expanding employment opportunities for women can strengthen local economies. “Resilience and determination matter more than where you begin,” she said.

Sharma has previously spoken about gender imbalance in technical fields, arguing that increasing women’s participation in engineering and leadership roles requires redesigning systems to make them more accessible.

Her company, Aaron Automotive Group, operates multiple dealership locations, offers “like-new” vehicles (2020 and newer models with under 10,000 miles), and provides full service, parts and detailing divisions.

Sharma’s episode of Women in Power TV is expected to stream soon on the Inside Success Network across major platforms.
