Venture capital firm South Park Commons (SPC), led by Indian-origin General Partner Aditya Agarwal, has announced the launch of a $575 million fund to help founders discover their life's work and partner with companies well beyond launch.
"We're doing this now because we've never seen a wider gap between what's possible and what's being attempted," Agarwal said on X.

“Today we’re announcing SPC Fund IV: $575M to help founders find their life’s work. A decade of guiding founders through -1 to 0 brings SPC to $2B in assets under management and, far more important, a 1,200-member-strong community of the most talented technologists in the world,” SPC said in a statement.
"Intelligence is abundant. The cost of trying ideas keeps falling, and problems that seemed insurmountable a few years ago are quickly becoming solvable," Agarwal said.
The new fund brings SPC's total assets under management (AUM) to $2 billion and expands its ability to support founders beyond company launch, the firm said.
Founded in 2016, SPC said its thesis has been that greatness emerges when extreme talent density meets innate curiosity.
"Nobody else takes it as seriously as we do," the firm said.

The quiet months we protect at the beginning have produced three funds in the top 10% of their vintages and companies such as Baseten, Gamma, Render, Goodfire, Luma and Profound.
With Fund IV, SPC said it intends to remain involved with startups well beyond their launch, reflecting the long-term relationships it develops with founders during the ideation process.
"While we defined -1 to 0, the period before a startup has settled on its final idea or product, we're no longer bound by it. Fund IV allows us to partner with companies well beyond launch," Agarwal said.
