A panel appointed by US president Joe Biden has recommended granting Employment Authorization to all individuals who have had their employment-based migrant visas approved. These are the proceedings of the Asian American Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders Commission meeting where the proposal was mooted and passed. The proposals were presented by Ajay Bhutoria.
