AAPI annual medical convention held in Ohio

The event looks to celebrate physicians and other medical professionals for their contributions to society.

The American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin's (AAPI) 43rd Annual Convention and Scientific Assembly is being organized in Cincinnati from July 24 to July 27, 2025.

Drawing over 1,000 physicians and healthcare professionals from around the globe,  the convention acts as a platform to celebrate India's contribution to global healthcare.

The event is being attended by Kentucky Lieutenant Governor Jacqueline Coleman, American Medical Association President Dr. Bobby Mukkamala, Padma Vibhushan awardee Dr. D. Nageshwar Reddy, AAPI President Dr. Satheesh Kathula, AAPI BOT Chair Dr. Sunil Kaza, incoming AAPI President Dr. Amit Chakrabarty, incoming BOT Chair Dr. Hetal Gor, and AAPI President-Elect Dr. Meher Medavaram, as per South Asian Herald.

Physicians, healthcare professionals, and leaders from across the world would also be attending the 4-day conference to ensure exchange of ideas thereby bring about a collaborative effort to shape the future of healthcare on a global scale.
