Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the former Foreign Minister of Pakistan, sought a comprehensive dialogue with India on June 3, without committing that his country would take anti-terrorist actions as demanded by India for such a dialogue to take place.

Zardari, who is the Chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party, in fact went on a spree of statements against India and Prime Minister Narendra Modi and reiterated the Pakistani position of a third-party, American intervention to help de-escalate tensions between the two nuclear-armed neighbours.
