The National Cricket League, organized from Oct. 3 to 13 in Dallas, will witness a record number of U.S. players competing at the professional level, taking the field alongside cricket’s biggest international stars.
The National Cricket League (NCL), a Dallas-based body aiming to popularize cricket in the United States, will host the second season of its popular '10-over Sixty Strikes' tournament at the University of Texas in Dallas.
The competition will feature six teams: New York Lions CC, Chicago Cricket Club, Dallas Lonestars CC, Houston Generals, Atlanta Kings CC, and Los Angeles Waves CC. The league will also feature themed nights, including live Bollywood performances and fan engagement experiences.

The event will kick-off with the NCL gala at Hilton Anatole on Oct. 2. On Oct. 3, Indian cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar will be in attendance, as Dallas Lonestars play against Atlanta Kings in the inaugural match of the season.
Following this each day's match would highlight one theme of social relevance. Themes including 'Domestic Abuse Awareness', 'Salute to Veterans', 'Sustainability' and 'Health Smart', will be championed during the series.
“The NCL is bringing more American players to the professional stage than ever before — putting U.S. cricket front and center,” said Rajan Singh, the CEO of the National Cricket League.
Singh added, “When fans see our U.S. stars sharing the field with international legends, it shows that the future of cricket in America is here — and it starts in Dallas."
The matches will be broadcast in over 50 countries to 2.5 billion fans worldwide, showcasing American cricket talent to the world while igniting the next generation of players at home. Backed by NYSE (New York Stock Exchange) Texas and in partnership with local universities and community leaders, the NCL seeks to build a platform where sport, culture, and community thrive together.
