Tandon, accompanied by Rohit Turkhud, partner at CSG Law and an expert in EB-5 immigration, will host private consultations, legal briefings, and document reviews during the sessions.

The duo will advise participants on source-of-funds preparation, petition filings, and long-term residency planning tailored for Indian investors and students transitioning from F-1 status.

EB5 BRICS specializes in investor immigration, financial structuring, and compliance advisory for families seeking permanent residency through investment. Its collaboration with CSG Law ensures transparency and adherence to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regulations.

Tandon, who also serves as managing director at Sequence Financial Specialists LLC, has been a key voice in the global mobility sector, offering expertise on cross-border investment migration and policy engagement.

The firm emphasized that the tour is purely educational and not a solicitation for investments. Securities offerings are available only to accredited investors through private placement memorandums.
