Komal Shinde has been accused of selling illegal UK work visas to migrants using social media platforms. The allegations emerged after The Daily Mail contacted Shinde through Krishiv Consultancy Ltd as part of an undercover investigation.

According to the report, Shinde allegedly offered skilled worker visas supported by fake job offers, forged employment records, and fabricated payroll transactions.

Applicants were reportedly charged between $16,170 (£12,000) and $25,603 (£19,000) per visa. In several cases, migrants were allegedly told they would not be required to actually work in the sponsored role. Instead, the employer would deposit a monthly salary into the migrant’s bank account, which the migrant would then return in cash.

Investigators also claimed that Shinde offered to arrange Global Talent Visas — typically reserved for individuals with exceptional achievements in fields such as science, technology, and the arts — for $40,427 (£30,000).

Shinde allegedly admitted that she earned about $1,347 (£1,000) per visa, with the remaining amount distributed among participating employers. She also reportedly claimed to have previously secured visas multiple times using fraudulent documentation.
