As a senior member of the firm, she oversees strategic client relationships, investment talent development, and diversity initiatives.

Prior to this, Hingorani founded and led SevenStep Capital, an investment platform focused on backing women portfolio managers. She also served as chief investment officer of the New York City Retirement Systems, overseeing $160 billion in assets, where her leadership earned the fund recognition as Hedge Fund Manager of the Year by Institutional Investor.
