Indian American activist, author and entrepreneur Reshma Saujani, said America has made motherhood unnecessarily difficult, not because solutions do not exist, but because leaders have lacked the courage to confront the country’s broken childcare and workplace systems.
“I think right now we have a bravery deficit in our country and that we need people to be courageous and say the hard things,” she told New India Abroad.
