Announcing the change, Wise said Rajmangal had been central to the company’s development from its early years.

“Raaj has been an integral part of RelPro’s growth since the beginning. He has helped shape our product, our data strategy, and our customer-first culture,” Wise said, adding that the milestone anniversary was the right moment for Rajmangal to lead the next chapter of the company.n January 2026, following his tenure as president and earlier as chief technology officer. He holds a combined bachelor’s and master’s degree in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of NYU.

Rajmangal has held multiple senior roles at RelPro, including chief technology officer, before being appointed president in April 2023. He has been closely involved in expanding the company’s proprietary data origination platform, enhancing the product experience and strengthening client relationships.

“I’m honored to lead RelPro at such a meaningful moment in the company’s journey,” Rajmangal said in a statement.

He credited Wise with building the company through a focus on client and partner relationships and high-quality data, and said his own focus as CEO would be on building on that foundation while expanding how clients use data and artificial intelligence to drive growth, deepen relationships and improve efficiency.

In a post on LinkedIn, Rajmangal said the company had earned client trust over the past decade by focusing on “delivering high-quality company and executive data they can depend on,” and by combining external data sources with proprietary data and validation.

He said the company would continue to apply artificial intelligence “in practical ways” to help clients work more efficiently and focus on relationship-building.

Over the years, RelPro has positioned itself as a relationship and sales intelligence platform rather than a transactional data vendor, providing insights on business executives and private and public companies to support go-to-market strategies, improve CRM engagement and back AI initiatives.

The company’s growth has been recognized through its inclusion on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States for five consecutive years.

With the leadership change, RelPro said it plans to continue serving its core client verticals while expanding across the broader B2B ecosystem, particularly as more organizations invest in relationship-driven growth and AI-enabled strategies.

Rajmangal has been with RelPro for about a decade and formally took over as CEO in January 2026, following his tenure as president and earlier as chief technology officer. He holds a combined bachelor’s and master’s degree in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of NYU.
