Hyderabad-based fashion entrepreneur, event curator, and television producer Shafeeq ur Rahman is making his Hollywood production debut with 'The Empty Address,' a multilingual film directed by Sagar Joshi.
Rahman, who has already established his name by producing shows such as Crime Patrol, Savdhaan India, Nazar, and Dahleez and organizing more than 200 fashion and lifestyle events through his company, The Star Life Hyderabad, is marking his transition from Indian television and fashion events to international filmmaking.
Set to release in English, Hindi, and Telugu, the film will be released under the banner of Rahman's The Star Life Hyderabad.

Rahman also announced that the film will be shot across the United Arab Emirates and India.
Talking about the film, Rahman said on social media, "This is only the beginning of the journey. I am excited to share more details about the cast, story, and production in the coming weeks."
He continued, "As someone who has spent years building platforms in fashion, entertainment, and global events, stepping into international cinema is both a dream and a responsibility. Every new chapter comes with challenges, opportunities, and the chance to create something meaningful."
Shafeeq ur Rahman was born in Hyderabad to the family of former Rajya Sabha member Mohammed Khaleelur Rahman, a prominent politician from the city.
Media profiles describe his family as having longstanding ties to Hyderabad's political and cultural circles, though some details about the family's aristocratic lineage are based on biographical accounts rather than official records.
The makers have not yet disclosed the cast, storyline, or release date, with Rahman announcing that more details will follow in the coming weeks.
However, the poster spotlights that the film will combine elements of romantic comedy and suspense.
Expressing joy over his debut venture, he said, "I am grateful to my family, friends, supporters, and everyone who has been part of this incredible journey. Your encouragement continues to inspire me to dream bigger and reach further. The journey from Hyderabad to Hollywood starts here. Stay tuned. THE EMPTY ADDRESS."
