Knack RCM, a New Jersey-based healthcare group, has appointed Gautam Barai as its new chief executive officer.
In its official announcement, Knack RCM said Barai brings more than 20 years of experience in scaling AI-driven businesses and driving enterprise transformation through advanced technology and operational excellence. Prior to joining Knack RCM, he served as chief operating officer at WNS and was the founder of IT-enabled BPM platform Novarete LLP.

Barai is a Bangalore University-trained mechanical engineer. He also holds business administration degrees from London Business School and Columbia Business School.
Commenting on his appointment, the company said, “We’re excited to welcome Gautam to Knack RCM and look forward to the vision and momentum he will bring as we continue advancing smarter, more connected revenue cycle solutions.”
