Anti-Indian content on the social media platform X surged sharply in the year 2025, with the volume almost tripling, according to a new study by the Network Contagion Research Institute.
The report, titled “From Policy Drift to Purity Grift: How a Small Network Hijacked the Immigration Debate,” found that more than 24,000 posts targeted Indians, generating over 300 million views.
