The Trump administration on Nov. 19 approved two significant foreign military sales to India—precision Excalibur artillery projectiles and Javelin anti-tank missile systems—marking another step forward in Washington’s effort to deepen defence ties with a key Indo-Pacific partner.
The combined value of the proposed sales is roughly $92.8 million, according to notices sent to Congress by the Defence Security Cooperation Agency.
