The US branch of the global professional services firm, EY (Ernst & Young) has announced Indian-American executive Neil Sethi as the recipient of its Entrepreneur Of The Year 2025 East Central Award.
The 40-year-old awards program honors entrepreneurs driving innovation, creating long-term value, and making a measurable impact in their communities.

Sethi, president and CEO of NexaMotion Group (NMG) was selected by an independent panel of judges comprising past winners, CEOs, and leading business minds. He stood out for his entrepreneurial vision, and purpose-driven leadership, a news release stated.
Reacting to the honor, he said, “This incredible achievement is truly a shared one, and it belongs to the entire NexaMotion Group team and their relentless hard work, dedication and passion for simplifying complex vehicle repair to keep the world moving."
The East Central region includes parts of Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and West Virginia. As the regional winner, he now advances to the national level, where he will compete for the Entrepreneur Of The Year National Overall Award in November at EY’s Strategic Growth Forum.
The Entrepreneur Of The Year program is one of the most competitive and globally recognized awards for entrepreneurs, highlighting leaders from original startups, legacy transformations, and fast-scaling enterprises. Past honorees include Arthur Blank (The Home Depot), Eric Yuan (Zoom), and Kendra Scott.
