Jesse and Tarar expressed appreciation for the maintenance and accessibility of these sites, emphasizing that they hold deep spiritual importance for the global Sikh community.

During the conversation, Jesse conveyed that members of the Sikh diaspora regularly visit Pakistan for religious and personal reasons, and he noted that such visits contribute to people-to-people understanding.

The discussion also touched upon the experiences of international visitors, the role of local authorities in facilitating travel to major gurdwaras, and the importance of ensuring continued preservation of Sikh religious landmarks.

Although no formal agenda or policy matters were part of the meeting, both sides regarded the interaction as warm and respectful. Jesse thanked the prime minister for the hospitality extended during the visit, while the prime minister expressed hope that individuals of all faiths continue to feel welcome when visiting Pakistan’s historic religious sites.
