Three suspects sought in Sikh businessman’s murder in Canada
His death was deemed a homicide.

Police in Canada’s Halton region have released a new video and requested public assistance to identify three men wanted in the 2025 murder of a Sikh businessman who was killed inside his store in Oakville.
Baljeet “Bally” Toki was killed on March 22, 2025, at Montagio Custom Tailoring, located at 145 Lakeshore Road East.

His death was later deemed a homicide.
Police have not revealed Toki’s cause of death.
The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) on Aug. 12 released the video of the three suspects.
It is requesting public assistance to identify three men seen entering 145 Lakeshore Road East in Oakville on the afternoon of March 22, 2025.
One of the suspects is described as a white male, 6 feet tall with a slim build and short hair. He wore a gray sports/suit jacket, darker-colored pants, white high-top shoes and a distinctive baseball-style cap with a camouflage pattern on the back, with a solid dark-colored front containing a circular logo.
The second suspect is believed to be a Black male with a slim build and is shorter than the first suspect, police said. He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, dark-colored pants and white shoes.
The final suspect is described as a Black male with a slim build and has a similar height to the second suspect. He wore dark-colored clothing and black shoes with distinctive red laces and carried a cross-body bag containing a red stripe through the middle of the strap.
