Mayur Katariya / Nondual Midlife Reset: The Calm Strength Method
For many Indian migrants, success abroad is often measured by career achievements, financial stability, and the ability to support family both overseas and back home.
But beneath that image of accomplishment, many silently grapple with stress, isolation, and a loss of purpose, according to Indian-born meditation coach and author Mayur Katariya.
In an interview with New India Abroad, Katariya, founder of the Nondual Midlife Reset: The Calm Strength Method, spoke about why he created a one-on-one coaching program specifically for Indian migrant men over 40, arguing that the emotional challenges of migration are often overlooked within diaspora communities.
