Chandra Dhandapani to receive Tech Titans Corporate CEO award

She will be formally recognized on Sept. 12 at the organization’s annual gala.

Indian-American business executive Chandra Dhandapani has been named the 2025 Corporate CEO honoree by Tech Titans in recognition of her leadership, and contributions to the technology industry.

Since becoming CEO of California-based contingent workforce management,  Magnit Global, in 2024, Dhandapani has introduced two major innovations: Redeployment Marketplace, a tool that accelerates and improves the matching of pre-vetted contract workers, and Maggi, a generative AI platform that streamlines contingent workforce management by learning business processes, automating tasks, and delivering actionable insights.

Dhandapani’s nearly 30-year career includes senior leadership roles at CBRE, where she served as CEO of global workplace solutions, and at CapitalOne, where she spent nearly 18 years, rising to senior vice president, chief information officer, and digital transformation leader. 

She currently serves on the board of Northern Trust and has previously served on boards including Turner & Townsend, Exeter Finance, and OnDeck.

The Tech Titans Gala will also recognize standout North Texas innovators, from high school STEM educators and early-stage entrepreneurs to large corporations driving transformative technologies. The association, the largest technology trade group in Texas, represents 200 member companies across the region.
