Indian American entrepreneur Ashish Kothari has urged a fundamental shift in how organizations define and pursue success in his newly released TedX talk.

“There is something fundamentally broken about the way we work,” Kothari, who is the founder and CEO of the Colorado-based Happiness Squad, said. Titled ‘How to Make Flourishing Your Competitive Edge’, the 10-minute Tedx talk outlines Kothari’s vision for embedding human flourishing into organizational strategy.
