Attorney Chand Parvathaneni refutes allegations of Visa fraud

January 2026 259 views 1min 40sec

H-1B attorney Chand Parvathaneni has hit-back at allegations of Visa fraud by MAGA allies including former Trump aide Marjorie Taylor Greene, describing the allegations as "inaccurate and misleading". The controversy erupted after right-wing influencer Kaylee Campbell posted a video claiming Parvathaneni "as of 2024 has approved over 400,000 H-1B visa applicants, and as of 2025 has approved over 700,000 H-1B applicants in Texas."
