Indians in US need to join legal profession, says Indian-American law student Shivani Parikh

Indian-American law student Shivani Parikh said more Indians living in the United States should join the legal profession to understand injustice based on specialized knowledge and a culturally-affirmed approach.
Speaking to New India Abroad on the sidelines of the Desis Decide summit, Parikh said that the natural order for most Indian-American immigrant parents was to expect their children to focus on studying Math and Science subjects.
