Campaign U.S. names 3 Indian origin executives Inspiring Women honorees

The ad-tech leaders have been recognized for their work across advertising, marketing, media, and technology.

Three Indian-origin professionals were selected as 2026 Inspiring Women honorees by Campaign U.S. for their impact and efforts to advance gender equity in a traditionally male-dominated industry.

Priti Ohri and Anastasia-Nikita Bansal were recognized in the “Leading the Charge: Tech” category, while Chandini Patel was named in “Transforming Technology.”

Co-founder of Advertible, Ohri, has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, media, and programmatic advertising. Before launching Advertible, Ohri held leadership roles at DataXu and MTV Networks (Viacom). Her career also included roles in retail and luxury fashion at Coach and LVMH before transitioning into data-driven advertising.

Ohri has also cofounded DesiUs, a community for South Asians in ad-tech, and has been recognized by industry publications including AdMonsters and AdExchanger. She holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

A product management leader, Patel serves as senior director of product management focused on AI and analytics at PubMatic. Earlier she worked at Pinger and Oracle Financial Services Software.

Patel holds a master’s degree in computer science from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Dharmsinh Desai University in India.

Bansal is the CEO of TeqBlaze, an enterprise SaaS ad-tech company providing white-label programmatic platforms. Her experience spans project management, business analysis, IT leadership, and product strategy in ad tech infrastructure for publishers and advertisers.

She holds a master’s degree in business administration and management from the State University of Trade and Economics and a bachelor’s degree in philology (English and German) from the same institution.

Campaign U.S. selected approximately 50 honorees across categories such as Breaking Brand Barriers and Championing Change, recognizing women whose work contributes to industry innovation and broader representation across advertising, marketing, media, and technology.

Luz Corona, U.S. editor of Campaign, said the selected women represent “the changemakers, the leaders, the innovators who are advancing the business of advertising across their sectors and beyond.” She noted that they were nominated by peers and chosen by past honorees for their “expertise and tenacity.”
