American Express has appointed Dolly Sood as Director of Talent Acquisition, where she will be heading the talent acquisition strategy for the India and Singapore markets.
American Express Company, or Amex, is a bank holding company and multinational financial services corporation that specializes in payment cards, founded 175 years ago, in Buffalo, New York, US.
Prior to this promotion, Sood served as the Recruitment Lead at American Express in Gurugram, Haryana, India, for about five years.
In her new role at American Express, Sood will also continue to bolster the company’s hiring strategy for key business and corporate functions, along with leading high-impact talent acquisition initiatives that support its objective of enriching candidate, employee, and hiring leader experience.
Before joining American Express, Sood held senior leadership roles at Allegis Global Solutions and Genpact during her more than two decades of experience spanning ITES BPO, banking, and financial services.
