The forum also featured experiential displays of Indian export-ready products aimed at the US Pacific Northwest market. These included premium “Bhagwa” variety Indian pomegranates grown in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Karnataka, which were showcased for tasting and are expected to be available in US retail outlets. Additional displays included ODOP (One District One Product) cultural heritage items from all 28 Indian states, Araku coffee from the Eastern Ghats of southern India, and a selection of Indian wines and hand-crafted spirits.

Eric Wexler, chief executive officer of Providence, highlighted India’s healthcare potential and referred to Providence’s recently inaugurated Global Capability Center in Hyderabad, which is projected to create more than 2,000 jobs focused on AI-enabled healthcare technology solutions.

A senior business delegation from the Montana World Affairs Council also attended the forum. The council recently led a youth delegation to India, and Montana State Governor Greg Gianforte hosted a reception for the group at the state capitol in Helena.

Organizers said the Invest India Business Forum aims to deepen economic engagement between India and the US Pacific Northwest while supporting the Consulate’s focus on trade, tourism, and technology through investment promotion and export facilitation.
