Citing targeted attacks on Indian and Hindu businesses, U.K. based community organization, Insight UK, has issued a community alert to Indian residents of Harrow and Wembley.
The organization, formed to address issues faced by British Hindus, urged community members to gather evidence for legal action if they experience such an attack.
Concerns grew significantly after Harman Singh Kapoor, the owner of 'Rangrez' restaurant in London announced plans to shut down his restaurant after repeated instances of attacks and alleged failure of Metropolitan police in taking necessary action.

Kapoor continues to be embroiled in controversy and is subject to frequent vandalizations over his decision to not sell halal meat at his restaurant, including Kapoor reporting attacks as recently as March 7, when miscreants threw eggs at his store after he had closed for the day.
Insight UK urged the Metropolitan police to provide "the security the Hindu community deserves and ensure the perpetrators are dealt the full force of the law."
It added, "We hope the Met does not whitewash the incidents as minor non religious related crimes and record these crimes as anti-Hindu hate crimes."
