Rubio, Jaishankar to meet in New York as Goyal joins US-India trade talks
The meetings come less than 100 hours after President Donald Trump issued an executive order slapping a $100,000 fee on new H-1B visa petitions.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Indian External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar meet in New York on Sept. 22, the State Department said Sept. 21.
Both arrived on Sept. 21 with their delegations. Indian Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal is also in the city for trade talks with his American counterparts.
