Harpreet Khurana promoted to Russel Reynolds' Chief Technology and Data Officer

Russell Reynolds Associates, a New York based management consultancy firm, has promoted Harpreet Khurana to Chief Technology and Data Officer.
Khurana joined the company in 2022 as the firm's first Chief Digital & Data Analytics Officer and has, over the years, moved up the corporate ladder, delivering meaningful impact through multiple AI platforms that enhance the firm's search and consulting capabilities. Before joining Russel Reynolds, Khurana served as an Innovation Partner at Salesforce.

In his new role, Khurana will lead a unified technology organization that combines the firm's Information Systems, Digital and Data, and AI efforts, reporting directly to CEO Constantine Alexandrakis.
"This is the time to leverage technological advances to increase the speed of our delivery and depth of our insights, and to bring even more innovative ideas and quality solutions to our clients," said Constantine Alexandrakis, CEO of Russell Reynolds Associates.
Recognizing what Khurana brings to the table, he further said, "Harpreet's proven leadership and vision make him the ideal person to accelerate our technology enablement and fluency as we advance this agenda across our global firm."
Khurana holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai and graduate degree in Business Administration from Columbia University.
