ਵਰਲਡਸਪੈਨ 'ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ, ਗੰਗਵਾਲ ਯੂਐਸ ਏਅਰਵੇਜ਼ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਈਓ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਸੰਚਾਲਨ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ। ਗੰਗਵਾਲ ਦੀ ਏਅਰ ਫਰਾਂਸ ਅਤੇ ਯੂਨਾਈਟਿਡ ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾਵਾਂ ਵੀ ਸਨ।
