ડાંગ જિલ્લાના સાપુતારા ઘાટ માર્ગમાં આજે વહેલી સવારે ગંભીર અકસ્માત થયો હતો, જેમાં 5 લોકોના મોત થયા છે. જ્યારે 45 લોકો ઘાયલ થયા છે. ઇજાગ્રસ્તોને શામગહાન સરકારી દવાખાનામાં લઈ જવામાં આવ્યા છે. જેમાંથી ગંભીર રીતે ઇજા પામનાર લોકોને આહવા તેમજ સુરત રીફર કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. સાપુતારાથી અઢી કિલોમીટર તરફ જતાં રસ્તામાં માલેગામ ફોરેસ્ટ ગેસ્ટહાઉસની સામેના ઘાટમાં નાશિક તરફથી આવતી ખાનગી બસ 35 ફૂટ ઊંડી ખીણમાં ખાબકી હતી. આ બસમાં 50 લોકો સવાર હતા. અકસ્માતની જાણ થતાં પોલીસ અધિકારી તેમજ એડિશનલ કલેક્ટરે ઘટનાસ્થળે પહોંચી બચાવ અને રાહતકાર્ય હાથ ધર્યું હતું.
