US to resume security support to Ukraine as it accepts ceasefire proposal

Ukraine on Tuesday agreed to accept a U.S. proposal for an immediate, 30-day ceasefire in the conflict with Russia. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced the agreement after more than eight hours of talks between Ukrainian and U.S. officials talks in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
