White House Criticises 'Activist Judges' for Undermining Trump’s Mandate

Karoline Leavitt said that three judges of the US Court of International Trade disagreed and brazenly abused their judicial power to usurp the authority of President Donald Trump.

The White House on May 29 slammed a section of the American judiciary, which has been issuing orders against the executive actions of the Trump Administration, particularly those related to trade, traffic, and immigration, and alleged that these are against the will of the American people.

“These judges are threatening to undermine the credibility of the United States on the world stage. The administration has already filed an emergency motion for a stay pending appeal and an immediate administrative stay to strike down this egregious decision. But ultimately, the Supreme Court must put an end to this for the sake of our Constitution and our country,” White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters at her news conference.
